BursaSawit helps users discover offers, needs, prices, products, services, and logistics in the palm value chain. BursaSawit connects information and initial interest; transactions remain between the parties.

Use the service responsibly

• Provide truthful, reasonable, and non-misleading information.
• Do not post spam, fraud, illegal goods/services, or other people’s personal data without authorization.
• Ensure you have the right to use or connect the goods, services, documents, and data sources involved.
• Perform your own checks before payment, delivery, collection, or field meetings.

Transactions are the parties’ responsibility

Price, quality, quantity, payment, tax, permits, delivery, field safety, and performance of the agreement are the responsibility of the transacting parties. BursaSawit is not the seller, buyer, broker, clearing institution, escrow provider, or transaction guarantor.

Moderation and service safety

Admins may review, restrict, close, or remove content and accounts that violate these terms, mislead users, create risk, or reduce market quality. Fake accounts or fabricated transactions used to inflate reputation may also be acted upon.

Service plans

Service plans may control capacity or access to additional features. Expiry of a paid plan does not automatically delete user data; access returns to the applicable plan.
