Disclaimer

Information on BursaSawit helps users understand market conditions and find potentially relevant parties. It does not replace direct verification before making decisions.

Market information is not guaranteed

Prices, stock, needs, volume, quality, general location, transport availability, and other information may come from users or applications they connect. This information may change and is not automatically an official price, guaranteed stock, or binding offer.

Trust signals are not guarantees

Verification status, completion history, and reputation signals are indicators derived from platform data. They are not legal certification, quality audits, payment guarantees, or recommendations to transact.

Calculations and quotes are aids only

Cost-to-destination calculations and transport quotes depend on figures entered by users or providers. Distance, rates, capacity, road conditions, additional costs, and actual execution must still be confirmed directly by the parties.

Use your own judgment

BursaSawit does not guarantee transaction success, payment, product quality, delivery, or uninterrupted service availability. Keep communication records and perform reasonable checks before proceeding with a transaction.
