Data Confidentiality

BursaSawit is designed so market information intended for sharing can be discovered while private operational data and communications remain limited to relevant parties.

What is not automatically disclosed

Full contact details, precise addresses, private notes, supplier/buyer networks, internal cost calculations, private deal contents, and other sensitive data are not displayed as public market information.

Share only what is needed

Transport, deal, and application-connection features only share data needed for their function and according to user choices or permissions. Application connections do not provide direct access to the BursaSawit database.

User responsibility

Do not share your own or another party’s confidential information in public areas when it is not necessary. Users must ensure that information they upload or connect is authorized for use.
